Our desktop ordering service enables buyers to make purchases directly from the suppliers in Bali. We source products from a wide variety of producers, with each manufacturer producing their own unique specialty. Graven Image is not a manufacturer nor does it sell any products, we act as a bridge between the supplier and the buyer. The advantage to you is that we remain completely impartial during the buying process. It is in our view vital that orders are thoroughly quality controlled by an independent party before final shipping.
Products are tested independently from the manufacturer.
Wood products are tested for a maximum 12% moisture allowance.
Products are tested for a standards of construction.
Products are tested for standards of Finish.
Products are tested for safety.
Please note:
(1) Our minimum order quantity is $ 2.500 or Euro 1.858.
(2) Products are priced according to the IDR (Indonesian
Rupiah).
(3) All products are exchange rate sensitive and will vary
according to the movements of the currency markets
(4) The minimum order limit is set due to the initial cost of
documentation and special packing required for LCL shipments (less than container loads). This makes the cost of delivery prohibitive for goods under the value of
$ 2.500.

The climate in indonesia is tropical....with high humidity during rainy season. Although Indonesia has excellent material resources and skilled crafts people, there are no precise quality control procedures to ensure that products achieve international merchantable quality standards.
It is therefore essential that wood products are properly kiln dried in order to eradicate mold and cracking. Products should always be tested with a moisture meter and then finally checked for manufacturing defects.
